CellarGPT helps users explore and search their wine cellar data by connecting to their CellarTracker account and importing relevant export data into CellarGPT.
What data we collect
We collect the email address you use to sign in to CellarGPT, your CellarTracker username, and an encrypted copy of your CellarTracker password so CellarGPT can fetch export files on your behalf.
We also store imported cellar data such as inventory, purchases, consumed wines, tasting notes, availability data when provided by CellarTracker, audit sessions you create in CellarGPT, and operational metadata such as sync history and account activity timestamps.
How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate you, sync your cellar data, power the CellarGPT dashboard and connected GPT features, generate recommendations and summaries, and let you manage inventory audits and exports.
We also use limited account activity information to keep the service tidy and to warn inactive users before old synced data is removed.
Email and login
CellarGPT uses magic-link email login. Login emails and inactivity warnings are sent through Resend.
Your CellarTracker password is stored encrypted at rest and is only used to request the official CellarTracker export files needed for sync.
Sharing and processors
CellarGPT does not sell your personal data. Data is processed through Cloudflare infrastructure used to run the service, and through Resend for transactional email delivery.
If you connect CellarGPT to a custom GPT or GPT action, relevant cellar data may be returned to you inside ChatGPT as part of your own requests.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your imported data, saved CellarTracker connection, or your entire CellarGPT account from the app.
Raw import files are retained only for limited operational purposes. CellarGPT may send a warning after 60 days of user inactivity and may remove synced data after 90 days of inactivity if you do not sign in again.
Your choices
You may stop using CellarGPT at any time, delete imported cellar data, remove your CellarTracker connection, or delete your CellarGPT account completely.
